Mission

To emphasize the importance of proper biomechanics and gentle focus in building a strong, connected, and responsive body.

To work through the lens of Pilates as both athletic modality and somatic experience.

To build functional strength from a place of deep sensation and understanding.

To create an encouraging and supportive space for presence and exploration.

To help those living with a wide array of chronic conditions, injuries, and intentions strengthen their bodies from the inside out.
